Lubricant ManagerJob Description Develop and lead execution of Lubricant Business Plan for Angola, including sales forecasting, product portfolio, technical information, customer value proposition, pricing/discount credit policies and route-to-market approach per business segment (sales channels e.g. Industry, Retail, Transport, Mining, Agriculture, Bunkering, Power, Car Dealers, etc) Define and lead execution of marketing and communication plan (e.g. product technical brochures, point of sale materials, promotion items, events, media, technical training programme, etc) for launching and growing market position of Puma Lubricants in Angola, fit-for-purpose for each business segment. Manage local lubricant logistic of storage and distribution through the definition of storage facilities, inventory management, transport methods, order-to-cash process (via Primavera & CSC and accounting teams), and cost management. Lead the interface of supply chain and global teams to control end-to-end process from manufacturing, importation to Angola, storage and distribution to consumers. Build effective relationships with market stakeholders (industry, class associations, equipment and engine manufactures, international customers moving to Angola) to develop business opportunities with Commercial teams. Monitor Lubricant market segments trends, competitor movements and input for Lubricant sales forecasting per business segment with support of Business Planning and Commercial teams. Direct reports (project phasing): 2-5 people from areas of Marketing, Logistic, Technical and external interface with Global teams. Key Challenges: Sense of urgency to introduce and expand Puma Lubricant into Angola marketplace, to gain profitable market share and brand equity, supporting commercial teams to maximize business opportunities per target segments Secure optimum balance of stock levels of Puma Lubricant in country and competitive cost of local storage, inventory management, distribution and international supply chain Develop local market expertise and profound knowledge of customer segment needs to build value propositions. Education and Qualifications Relevant experience in Lubricant business preferable from Oil Industry, Transport, Industry background). Degree required Marketing, Business, Engineering, bilingual (Portuguese & English), MS Office, strong negotiation and communication skills, supply chain & logistic background, leadership competences in managing people.
