Commercial Plant ManagerLarge Multinational company, with a strong presence in Tunisia, is currently looking to hire a Commercial Plant Manager, to be based at their manufacturing plant in Beja, Tunisia. The commercial plant manager is responsible for Finance/Controlling, Human Resources, IT and Purchasing and general administration. The main issue is taking care of HR and Finance / Controlling. Currently there is a Finance manager in place as well as a Controlling Manager. Besides all technical responsibilities, it is very important that the candidate has the following: • Establishing a professional leadership culture • Reviewing performance of all managers (top management – middle management) • Establishing / improving performance orientated thinking and acting in the plant, includes following of disciplinary rules • Keeping a good confidential relationship with local parties like ministries, Governors, labour office, unions, FIPA The main issue of the job will be taking care how to manage a plant of over 3,000 employees, that means as well that the candidate must have strong experience in leadership. Language skills: Arabic as a must, on top English or german (English preferred).
