HR Manager Sub Sahara

Job Description

Reports to the HR Director EMEA

Responsible for the development and implementation of business aligned HR strategy for the 3 P&Ls in Sub Sahara (South Africa, Nigeria and Angola). Provides HR leadership and generalist support for the day to day management and works closely with functional business leaders and the HR function in EMEA and Corporate

Drives at strategic & operational level all HR-related functions- resourcing, performance management process, compensation planning and the management of employee relations for the Sub Sahara

Main Responsibilities

  • Drives the relationship with employees and temps and covers the whole lifecycle of an employee with Dresser-Rand
  • Secures the compliance with laws, rules and regulations and the compliance with D-R policies
  • Identifies, recruits, develops and retains the best possible talents/players for our business needs in the region
  • Drives performance management, talent management
  • Secures the annual HR drumbeat
  • Supports the growth of D-R in the region

Requirements:

  • HR related experience in a multinational corporation;
  • HR generalist;
  • Matrix organization experience;
  • HR related university degree;
  • English and Portuguese language;
  • Business savvy.
