IT & Communications ManagerJob Description Manage and resolve all calls placed for the Back Office environment. Ensure service levels are met for all logged calls by managing vendors and service providers, while managing the Back Office and Data Centre Technologies to ensure compliance to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and or Operational Level Agreement (OLA); Visible performance measurement of all essential functions in the department; Ensure IT governance is applied within the department and the division as a whole; Effective risk management is applied as per the risk management process; Ensure departmental policy and procedures are current and applied; Formulate and manage departmental budget; Alignment of the above outputs to the SA ITD recommendation and working hand in hand with SA ITD; Define KPI to determine and manage career paths, skills development and succession plans with KP; Formulate, document and execute the departmental implementation plan which is aligned to SA ITD strategy; Contribute towards the Angola ITD strategy formulation based on a thorough understanding of the business direction and strategy; Manage Angola ITD architecture and environment ,asset management of ITD Angola infrastructure; Management of platform related support calls; Ensure compliancy across Angola ITD compliance; Provide an overall compliance program for future legislature impacting technology in Angola; Manage the risk process, disaster recovery and backup within the ITD Angola environment and ensure alignment to SA ITD overall Risk Program; Troubleshoot, manage and resolve Network and Back office related calls. Do all back office related administration. Ensure daily task lists are completed and reports completed; Reporting for client and Monthly Reporting; IMACS; Ensuring that response times are kept within the parameters set in the SLA.
