International Recruitment ConsultantPerson Specification: Excellent English and either Portuguese or French or Arabic communication skills. Recruitment and placement experience, within an agency or corporate recruitment environment. Degree Qualified Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills. Role: Reporting to the International Recruitment Team Leader, the Consultant will be an integral part of the Recruitment Division and will be responsible for the following: Be responsible for candidate activity at our Recruitment Summits from pre-selection, short-listing and interview invitation to all follow-up and tracking processes after each Summit. Liaise with Relationship Management Team to develop and implement relevant attraction plans Manage the Candidate Management System on a daily basis to identify 'high potential' candidates. Formulate and manage international recruitment assignments, from search and selection to graduate campaigns and client-specific Recruitment Days. Be responsible for client and candidate communication throughout all assignments. Ensure each retained recruitment assignment is delivered to budget and to client expectation.
