Job Description

• Purchasing of all consumables, raw materials, mechanical and electrical spares, local and overseas. Replenish stock items and direct orders.

• Be able to negotiate price, quality and delivery with suppliers.

• Be able to select suitable suppliers.

• Plan the production lines to meet 100% Service Levels to customers whilst planning to maximise plant performance

• Be able to work without close supervision.

• Be able to liaise with shared services/stores personnel.

Education and Qualifications

• Have a good command of Portuguese and English languages

• Have Grade 12 a diploma in Purchasing Management.

• Be an Angolan National.

• Have a minimum of 3 years buying experience.

• Have appropriate JDE experience and skills.

• Have good communication and negotiation skills.

• Have numeric ability.

• Be a hands-on and pro-active person.

• Have mechanical and electrical purchasing experience.

• Be a self-motivated person with a sound disposition.
