Main purpose of Job:
Primavera ERP Users Support of Angola and projects management.
Maintain PUMA Primavera IS system in Angola and support PUMA Primavera ERP Users.
Project manage the implementation and system improvement initiatives of Primavera ERP across the business in Angola.
Job Description
- Maintain and administer the Primavera IS system;
- Support Primavera IS users in the assigned business units.Ensure the proper functioning of the system and that the system is used correctly;
- Communicate with users to help understand and resolve any technical issues;
- Plan and direct the implementation of Primavera information systems projects in current and new PUMA sites in coordination with the IS teams in Angola;
- Ensure all IS projects are delivered on time and adhere to defined quality standards and meet agreed user specifications;
- Propose and lead system improvements in conjunction with IS team in Angola;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new equipment, systems, and programming techniques appropriate to the organization.
Education and Qualifications
- Senior experience in information systems;
- Familiar with business process;
- Background of project management;
- Undergraduate University degree in Engineering, Computer Science or other related field;
- Project Management experience of ERP implementation;
- Primavera experience with extensive knowledge of the Sales, Purchasing, Stocks, Accounting, Treasury and Fixed Asset modules;
- Experience of working in the oil industry a distinct advantage;
- Experience of working in emerging markets &/or at interntional level a distinct advantage;
- Familiar with business processes such as stock management, sales and finance;
- SUN Systems software is desirable.
