We currently manage unique recruitment events and search assignments across the globe on behalf of 200+ of the world’s largest companies. Building on our success, we would like to capitalise on our position as a market leader and are seeking a Business Development Manager who is looking for an international career in sales. The Role Reporting to the Managing Director, the Business Development Manager will be an integral part of the Business Development Division and will be responsible for the following: Working across emerging markets to develop our business particularly in Africa and Asia Selling our full suite of services across all markets Maintaining a large corporate prospect and client base across the world Generating substantial revenue growth across the client portfolio to meet and exceed all revenue targets Growing a strong loyalty-base amongst our clients Contributing actively to develop and deliver sales strategies in particular market segments Personally participating at the Global Career Company Summits and Recruitment Days around the world Person Specification Degree qualified with demonstrated sales and business development experience within the Africa region Track record of significant revenue generation - we are looking for high achievers Ability to meet and exceed revenue targets Ability to demonstrate a structured approach to planning and managing the sales process Excellent negotiation and influencing skills Ability to work effectively within a team environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in any other languages would be beneficial
