Business Development Executive• Competitive base salary + commission • International Travel Opportunities Global Career Company is a London-based international recruitment consultancy, founded in 2002, offering specialist recruitment services within emerging markets across Africa, Asia, Middle East and Central and Eastern Europe. We currently manage unique recruitment events and search assignments across the globe on behalf of 200+ of the world’s largest companies. The Role Reporting to a Business Development Manager, the Business Development Executive will be an integral part of the Business Development Division and will be responsible for the following: Working across emerging markets to develop our business particularly in Africa and Asia Introducing and selling our full suite of services across the regions Maintaining a large corporate prospect and client base across the regions Generating leads and converting them into prospects and clients Monitoring competitor activity and lead generation processes Contributing actively to develop and deliver sales strategies in particular market segments Personally participating at the Global Career Company Summits and Recruitment Days around the world Person Specification Degree qualified with demonstrated sales experience Ability to demonstrate a structured approach to how you work Excellent negotiation and influencing skills Ability to work effectively within a team environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in any other languages would be beneficial Interest in the emerging markets and a passion for travel
