Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial, compliance and process audit plans
- Risk assess routines, controls and new areas
- Participate in internal investigations as requested
- Communicate with local, regional and global leaders as needed
- Support company initiatives and ad hoc projects as requested
- Work as a constructive team to achieve group objectives
- Develop professional skills and leadership capabilities in preparation for internal promotion
Education and Qualifications
- 3-5 years working experience in finance, accounting, auditing or related field
- Fluent in English and the local language for this market (written and oral)
- Self-motivated, independent and ability to execute with minimum supervision
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Strong analytical and risk assessment skills
- Willingness and ability to travel Internationally, up to 100%, as needed for a minimum of two years
- No restrictions on entering the United States of America for training or business meetings
