Job Description

The Lead Services Project Manager is the prime interface between the company and the customer and as such is responsible for the effective management and delivery of equipment and services as defined by the contract (termed TSA), on time and within budget.

Responsible for the management of the TSA contract for the Major subsea project in Angola managing a team of approximately four onshore personnel (Ops Eng, IS Co-Ord Logistics and Doc Controller) and two teams of five persons that cover EPC Project equipment that was supplied from GE Oil & gas globally- Maintain continuity for prior subsea projects with the same client, activities including closure support.- Responsibility for ensuring that reporting of requirements are in place to satisfy customer and company reporting requirements- Responsible for continually reviewing the team’s performance against internal Company performance standards, ensuring Company requirements in terms of product quality, delivery performance, commercial targets and customer satisfaction are met or improved upon.- Responsible for negotiations with customers and their representatives during annual pricing review, Authorising change orders and task order proposals.

Education and Qualifications

Qualification in engineering or business discipline
10 years oil and gas experience or other relevant industry experience
Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience
Daily working experience of company ERP systems, like AS400- Must be highly self motivated, positive, energetic, good customer management/commerical skills
Well organised 'project' approach
Must be able to work with minimum supervision within a remote location
Experience of training and mentoring team within a multi-cultural environment
