Responsibility:

provide strategic direction for the JV Company in SH&E to ensure ongoing compliance to all statutory, legal and corporate requirements in areas covered by SH&E, workers compensation, environment, community relations and medical records by the Company.

Versatile motivational skills to effect people at all levels within the business and the business as an entity
Convince employees at all levels especially Senior Managers, of the need to proactively support and implement plans and programmes despite conflicting interests.

Experience:

Seasoned professional with experience in Manufacturing and SH&E in an quality certified environment.
Technical Training, with the ability to decide and speak on behalf of the business on all SH&E issues.
