Supply Chain Manager

Responsibility:

Provide supply chain functional and strategic leadership in China to ensure that manufacturing and distribution assets including Packaged, IS and bulk are optimally loaded and positioned to ensure lowest total delivered cost to the region whilst expanding asset base to meet growing demand. This requires the integration of plant capacities, distribution logistics, purchasing agreements and market demands through the effective operation of sales and operations planning, operational strategy and the management of internal interfaces with other OMS functions to ensure OMS China protects and expands market share.

Financial, Business and Capital Management; Developing and implementing Strategic Plans; Ability to infuence others; Knowledge of appropriate dangerous good regulations; people management in matrix environment; negotiation skills

Experience:

Tertiary qualification in Business/ Operations/ or Supply Chain Management; experience in supply chain in Industry or resources sector. Desirable: Postgraduate management studies; professional association accreditation; experience in a leadership position
