Responsibility:

To provide strategic direction and leadership for SH&E initiatives for OMS Asia, consistent with Orica wide strategies and policies. To ensure the countries within Asia have the appropriate SH&E expertise and competence.

Knowledge & Skills

Facilitation and strategic influencing skills. Sound regulatory knowledge & ability to research. Good project management skills. Ability to structure highly complex technical and legislative information to allow commercially relevant decisions to be formulated. Ability to influence a broad cross section of business personnel.

Experience:

Science, Engineering or similar Degree preferable.
Relevant industrial operational experience
Post graduate Management and/or OH&S qualification desirable
