Knowledges & Skills

-Technical background required, Verbal and written English and Chinese communication required

- Knowledge of the culture and ways of doing things in the mining, quarrying, and construction sectors in China

- Professional marketing and selling skill

- Ability to handle overall aspect of customers and dealing with governmental agencies

- Leadership quality

- Planing and presentation skill

- Strong inter-personal skill and able to communicate with people of all level

Expererience

-Degree in Chemical Industry/Mining or tertiary education,- Local and Overseas training regarding management of multi-national company

- Sales and marketing experience in the international and the local market

- Financial management

- Project management

- Familiar with the Mining, quarry, and construction sectors
