Responsibility

Responsible for guarantee the safety, health and environmental throughout the factory Responsible to ensure the achievement of production plans,Responsible for ensuring that manufacturing processes are performed efficiently and economically. Responsible for managing the staff - both direct & indirect subordinates - and for motivating them to obtain their best possible performance.

Knowledge & Skills

Ability to work with a wide range of senior managers and an excellent ability to communicate skills. The position, needs outstanding skills in negotiating and influencing as well as ability to motivate a large team.

Experience

Tertiary education in a technical discipline, such as engineering. Further qualification in general management, such as an MBA is desirable combined with proven and demonstrated experience in a manufacturing management.
