Responsibility

Accountable for all aspects of manufacturing of Initiating Systems of ONL. Key responsibilities include delivering improvement in safety, cost, culture and physical infrastructure. Key member of the Global Manufacturing Team whose primary responsibility is to optimize IS manufacturing capacity and to ensure best manufacturing practice is adopted globally.

- Ability to effectively interact with customers, communities, governments and senior management
- Ability to work in English highly desirable
- Initiator/change agent

Experience

- An engineering or science degree, with several years of technical experience
- Experience in an unionized manufacturing environment
- Experience in an explosive environment
- Experience and ability in SH&E
- Proven ability to resolve a broad array of problems
