Internal AuditorWork Area: Puma Energy Division - Maybe located anywhere, home based possible Main purpose of Job: Perform operational and financial internal audits of the subsidiaries of the Group People Management Responsibility: No direct management for time being Typical Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Audit Manager to execute audit programs, either general financial and operational audits or specific audits (stocks, receivables, process) - Conduct ad hoc assignment to support the affiliates or the business - Prepare reports including findings and recommendations after each review, but support their immediate implementation of recommendations and follow up their implementation on a regular basis, in cooperation with the GMs. - Manage, if needed, outsourced ressources to complete audit program or specific assignments. Education and Qualification Skills: 2 years in internal audit or combination of external/internal audit. Mandatory Accounting and internal control. Fluent English and Spanish/French Desirable Oil sector experience or international multicultural business. Systems skills Reporting Structure: Reports to the Internal Audit Manager who reports then to ExCom, day to day contacts with the CFO Key relationships: Work with Group functional manager, local managers and finance managers
